I shadowed an IT support specialist and helped with live technical issues. Setting up systems, solving password problems, and supporting staff gave me real insight into what the job involves. It was the first time I felt like I belonged in the IT field, and it gave me confidence to start applying for support roles.

The HR Programme at B Learning Centre was a real eye opener for me. The training gave me the basics I needed, but the real difference was the work placement. I was able to sit in on interviews, help with onboarding paperwork, and get a true feel for how an HR department operates. By the end of it, I felt confident enough to start applying for HR assistant roles straight away.

I recently completed the Business Analyst Programme and it was a brilliant experience. The training explained BA tools, documentation, and how to work with stakeholders, which helped me understand the role clearly.

I had a great experience with the Accounting Programme. The SAGE training was so helpful, and I finally felt comfortable using it without second guessing myself. My placement with a chartered accountant allowed me to use SAGE 50 on real client work, which made the learning stick. It was tough at the start, but by the end I felt like part of the team and left with skills I can use anywhere.

The Accounting Programme was a great investment in my future. The training was very thorough, especially the modules on SAGE 50, which I had never used before. By the time I finished, I was confident using the software and understanding the basics of financial reporting. On my placement with a chartered accountant, I was able to apply what I had learned straight away. I got hands on with tasks like VAT returns and bank reconciliations, and I learned so much from observing how the accountant dealt with real clients. The whole experience gave me practical skills that I can take into any accounting role.

The placement was the highlight for me. I got to shadow an HR professional and actually assist with screening CVs, preparing offer letters, and helping with employee queries. It was amazing to see how theory from the course connects directly to workplace practice. Thanks to the experience, I now feel much more employable and career ready.
